Protecting your personal privacy is fundamental to David's Challenges ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy details how information is collected, stored, and protected when you use the David's Challenges mobile application on iOS.

1. Information We Collect

David's Challenges operates on a strict principle of data minimization:

• Offline / Local Usage: If you choose not to create an online account, all your training data (practice visits, scores, target hits, and local profile names) is stored exclusively on your device. None of this data is transmitted to our servers or third parties.
• Online Account & Cloud Synchronization: When you voluntarily register an account to sync your stats or participate in online leaderboards, we collect:
  • Your email address (used strictly for authentication and account security);
  • Your chosen player handle or username;
  • Session performance metrics (total hits per target, Finish results such as number reached and success rate, Grouping scores, session timestamps) for the worldwide leaderboard and cross-device sync;
  • While live sharing is on (it can be turned off in the app), your player name and the progress of your challenge in progress, which other players can see in real time. This data is deleted when the challenge ends.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the app’s core functionality and scoring calculations;
• Synchronize your session history across your Apple devices;
• Display rankings on the global leaderboard;
• Provide prompt customer service and technical support when requested.

3. Third-Party Sharing & Advertising

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your personal data with third-party data brokers or advertising networks. We do not include third-party ad tracking SDKs.

To provide reliable cloud infrastructure and secure authentication, we partner with Supabase, which adheres to industry-standard data security and GDPR compliance.

4. Data Security

All communications between the David's Challenges app and our backend servers are secured using TLS/HTTPS encryption. Authentication credentials and tokens are hashed and handled using modern security practices.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA) and Apple App Store guidelines, you retain full control over your personal data:

• Delete Sessions: You can delete any training session directly from your in-app history at any time.
• Account Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated cloud data directly within the app or by sending an email to contact@ar-entertainment.net. All associated records will be permanently purged within 48 hours.

6. Children’s Privacy

David's Challenges does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
