David's Challenges provides structured darts training routines, target-by-target visit scorekeeping, accuracy metrics, local multiplayer on a single device, and optional cloud-synchronized leaderboards for dart players.

By using the app, you agree to:

• Provide appropriate, non-offensive player names and profile handles;
• Refrain from cheating, falsifying session metrics, or tampering with leaderboard submissions;
• Refrain from reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting unauthorized access to the underlying backend services and APIs.

3. Safety & Liability Disclaimer

Playing darts involves sharp projectiles and inherent physical risks. You are solely responsible for your playing environment, ensuring a safe throwing zone, and safeguarding individuals and property nearby. The developers of David's Challenges accept no liability for any personal injury, accidents, or property damage resulting from dart playing activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All design elements, code, artwork, audio assets, trademarks, and branding associated with David's Challenges are the property of the application owner. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

We continuously improve David's Challenges and may update, modify, or temporarily suspend online features (such as cloud synchronization or leaderboards) for maintenance, security patches, or upgrades without prior notice.
